Full Project Description:
This significant residential project involved creating a full-sized, private tennis court with high-end performance specifications. After preparing the expansive site, Southern Turf and Sports installed a specialized rubber shock-pad underlay over the court’s base layer, ensuring optimal energy return, joint protection, and superior drainage (as seen in the installation photos). The top surface is a premium artificial tennis turf with permanently integrated white lines. The finished court provides a tournament-quality, low-maintenance, and all-weather amenity for the homeowner, perfectly situated to enjoy the views of Lake Wānaka and the surrounding mountains.
