Full Project Description:
The project for Skyline Queenstown involved upgrading the high-altitude picnic and viewing areas adjacent to the Luge track and chairlift. The natural grass on these steep slopes and high-traffic areas struggled to remain healthy, often appearing worn, patchy, and muddy. Southern Turf and Sports installed durable artificial turf to create pristine, maintenance-free picnic zones. This ensures guests have beautiful, clean green spaces to rest and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu, regardless of the weather or foot traffic.
