Full Project Description:
The project at Makarewa Primary School involved creating a dedicated, highly durable sports facility for the students. Southern Turf and Sports installed a vibrant blue artificial turf surface for the main court area, complete with clear line markings for key sports like netball or hockey. A contrasting green artificial turf was installed around the perimeter, providing a safe run-off area. The entire installation likely included a shock-pad underlay (visible in one of the construction photos) for safety and performance, ensuring the court is a high-quality, all-weather asset for the school.
